📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after cut-off time (e.g., 2 PM CST) will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Local Delivery (Houston Area): 1–2 days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

❄️ Perishable Items Notice

Many of our products (juices, sea moss, etc.) are temperature-sensitive.

  • Orders may be shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Being available to receive deliveries

    • Refrigerating items immediately upon arrival

DiasporaPot is not responsible for spoilage due to:

  • Missed deliveries

  • Delayed opening of packages

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Local delivery is available in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas

💵 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Location

    • Package weight

    • Shipping speed

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

⚠️ Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DiasporaPot is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, DiasporaPot is not liable for lost or stolen items

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

📩 Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • DiasporaPot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional fees may apply for reshipping
