All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including:

  • Cold-pressed juices

  • Sea moss products

  • Herbal teas

  • Protein powders

  • Any edible or ingestible items

This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.


💰 Refunds & Replacements (If Applicable)

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

2. Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours.

⏱ Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be honored

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by:

    • Improper storage after delivery

    • Delayed opening of packages

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


📦 Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered:

  • DiasporaPot is not liable for theft or unattended packages

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items
